My Celebrity Idol!
This is one individual of whom I will be writing about often in my blog entries.
Since May 2007, I have listened to Gareth’s music and have done my best to keep up with him in the news. I LOVE Gareth’s music and consider him a “celebrity idol”! He is someone I truly admire and respect! I truly lament I am currently unable to see him in person, but I do fervently hope (and pray!) to one day be able to meet him in person and see him perform live in concert. For now, I enjoy listening to his music and view his videos regularly, as I read about him in news articles and in his website. I have at times stayed up late at night to listen to his music and videos (yes, even on weeknights)!!!
I strongly recommend to listen to the following songs by Gareth Gates, and to view the videos as well! All his songs are great and you’ll fall in love with them, but I recommend these for now:

· Suspicious Minds
· Spirit in the Sky
· Sunshine
· New Kid In Town
· Anyone of Us
· Angel on My Shoulder
· Summer of ‘69
All his songs are great and wonderful in their own right, but his cover of Suspicious Minds was the first song I listened to, and his cover of Unchained Melody re-invigorated my admiration and respect for him, and gave me a greater love and appreciation of his music. I have more pictures of him which I will be posting at a later time in future articles.
Gareth is a 24 yr. old British pop artist who rose to fame in January 2002 at the age of 17. His birthday is July 12, 1984 (he was born a Thursday). Here is his official site:
